1. ABOUT PLATINUM (ON THE BALL)
Platinum, a physiotherapy practice, sought a solution to extend their services beyond traditional hands-on methods. With a growing emphasis on leveraging technology, they aimed to offer their expertise through digital means, reaching a wider audience and providing flexibility to their clients.Â

The challenge emerged from the necessity to adapt to modern trends while preserving the core values of their practice. Their existing technology infrastructure lacked customisation and mobility, hindering their ability to deliver their services effectively in a digital format.
3. SOLUTION
We devised a dual approach: creating the Platinum on the Ball mobile app and overhauling their website. The app, crafted with the Xamarin Framework, provided an intuitive interface for accessing physiotherapy videos and classes.Â
Using Microsoft Azure, we ensured secure content delivery and user authentication. Subscribers gained access to a wealth of resources, fostering engagement and adherence to therapy plans.
Concurrently, we revamped their website to reflect their brand identity and integrate smoothly with the mobile app. By featuring video testimonials and showcasing their services, we established a unified online presence, enhancing Platinum's credibility and accessibility.
